Earlier this year I interviewed two artists as part of the Art Talks series. The series was produced by Artifier and is in partnership with Artifier, Partial, and Culture Fancier. Artifier is a Toronto based art blog and directory created with the mission to help make art more accessible. Partial is a curated online directory of noteworthy, independent artists.
My second interview, and the series finale, was with Susan Blight. Susan is an Anishinaabe, Couchiching First Nation artist whose solo and collaborative work engages questions of personal and cultural identity and its relationship to space, working with public art, site-specific intervention, photography, film and social practice.
